After a little more than 2 weeks with my e-cigarette my asthma has greatly improved. I was using my inhaler practically after every time I would smoke (10 - 15 times a day), way too much! Now I am using it maybe 3 or 4 times a day and I know that it will only get better. Damn, I can't believe how strong of an addiction nicotine can be. All these years and I couldn't even stop, even if it made my breathing HORRIBLE!. Thank you science for e-eigs. Hopefully I will be able to slowly cut back on the nicotine levels over the next year and eventually I can stop inhaling everything but oxygen.

I quit analogs almost 7 months ago, and I have basically reversed my asthma. I honestly can't remember the last time I had to use my combivent. In fact, before quitting, I was diagnosed with COPD. My last visit to the doctor was last month, and she ordered up my yearly chest x-ray. At my follow-up appointment, she told me there was no sign now of any COPD!!! She was so impressed, she plans on recommending e-cigs to other patients that can't seem to quit using standard nicotine replacements. Now THERE'S a positive for e-cigs!
Keep up the good work on staying away from the analogs. Your health can only benefit further! =)
