Hey silentj I'm really sorry to hear that you had so much trouble with your 510. If I knew that you lived near me I would be more than happy to help you out personally to get the best out of your 510.

Hopefully you won't get so frustrated that you give up on e-cigs completely. There is a bit of a learning curve to using and maintaining any e-cig and once people find what really works for them, they are usually all set.

Best of luck and don't worry about venting, we're here to help any way we can.

you poor bugger. i completely understand your frustrations! things should just work! you really need to get in touch with them and have them sort it out. it sounds as though you've spent a fortune there, so the least they can do is solve your issues. batteries lasting only 2 mins is not acceptable, and i'm sure they would agree with that.
all the best.

cignot does sell autos but just like any other place, you have to specify if you want manual or auto. The cignot gals are GREAT and will honor their products. I've placed 5 orders with them in the last few weeks and am totally pleased with the service. I've ordered starter kits for others after they saw mine is the reason why I've ordered so many times :) Nothing like converting analog users to vapeing. I also rotate 3 batteries at all times. You might also try a PT. I personally don't have one but I've heard good things.

Stop, count and breathe.................it's all good and it can only get better once you get the hang of it. It's not as simple as open a pack, find a lighter and light, but the end results from vapeing are so much more rewarding! Hang in there, you can do it :)

I ran into some of the same the first week or two..till I got the hang of it. But what really made the huge difference for me as a heavy 3 pack a day smoker..was getting 36mg juice and also making my Fog Log with 18650 battery. This beast lasts for 2 days(although I swap batteries every morning)..and will actually let you "burn" the juice at a reasonable level..it doesn't get too hot even with chain vaping and you can dry clean an atty in about 2 minutes if does happen to flood due to a cart problem. I'm also using the Buff Puff as a cart mod and it works very well.

It sound to me like you're a bit on the hardcore smoker side..like I was and some heavy modding is what it took for me to be satisfied...the stock 510 batteries were just a joke...although I still love the atty and carts. You can do a forum search on Fog Log and Buff Puff and you should find what you need. I will say..I've ordered 510 attys from several places and now I will only order them from Cignot...theirs are the best and most consistent I've found so far.

Just don't give up..keep trying...I had to..my blood pressure made me switch..and I'm really really glad I'm vaping now.

I know that learning the ins and outs of vaping can be a frustrating thing. I am glad that you vented and even more glad that you saw what you had done and admitted it.

Just chill out and ask any questions you have here on the forum. As you can see there are a lot of great, helpful and friendly people on the forum that would be glad to help you out. Also I have done business with cignot and they are helpful and willing to work for you.

Just relax, ask your questions and get rid of those damn coffin nails!

It seemed to me that a couple months ago the 510s were all going bonkers, especially the attys. I went through 6 in one week.

I thought the bad batch had been already gone because I no longer have any problems. Hope you didn't get any from that batch.

Cignot sells so many though that it seems they would be gone now unless another bad batch has appeared:confused:

talked to cignot. they want me to send the battery's in for testing. i kept on telling them to refund and they kinda beat around the bush. either way i dont think i am going to get my money back. they do have a 14 day refund / return policy. only had the batteries for 6 or 8 days.

5 batteries and all do not hold a charge. i think i was more trying to smoke than vape. probably strained them.

got my screwdriver in. very nice. totally wicked shipped it fast, got it in two days. i am having a problem with filling the carts. but i am trying the pyramid tea bag mod next. right now i am dripping. i feel like i am mainlining hard drugs when i drip.

its a learning experience and mooby ghost has been very helpful. I will say up front that cignot are wonderful in that they answer emails very fast have really good shipping times.

thanks again for the reply's they have been very helpful

Why would you assume that you will not get your money back?? I really can't think of anyone who has had a problem with the customer service at Cignot. In fact I have heard the exact opposite. Everyone I have talked to online and off that has used Cignot has been 100% satisfied at the end of the day.

If you are really sure that there is something wrong send it back. They will give you your money back.

I too recommend contacting Cignot...they have been ultra supportive, I couldn't recommend a better company. As for Chantix: BEWARE!!! I quit on Chantix but started again after 6 months, so went back on Chantix. Those side effects they tell you about? They can be really really horrible. The husband of a friend of mine actually wanted to divorce her while using it! After he stopped Chantix, he was normal again. Personally, I have experienced hideous dreams and quasi daydreams which include but not limited to homicidal tendencies. I also considered suicide. That is bad bad ..... don't do it. Can I say .....???
