This response is not meant to offend anyone here and if I have offended you, I apologize in advance...

You think the AFC cap is tight on a Cyclone, you should try getting the top cap off a Reactor with both o-rings on it. My tip for you would be to take off the lower o-ring and it will be a little easier, but it is still a little tough to get off.

I started getting worried that pulling this AFC cap on and off might damage the cyclone threads. So last night after fitting a new coil and cotton i put the standard cap on the cyclone instead. I'd never even tried this as I got the AFC cap at the same time as the cyclone. But do you know what? I think I prefer the vape from the original cap. Seems like there's more flavour

I also prefer the smaller chamber of the standard top, sold both my AFC caps a while ago. I did drill the air holes out 1/16 though.
