Some people may think I'm crazy but some of you flavor chasers like myself understand. Today I traded my Atlantis 2 for a Kanger Subtank. I currently have Atlantis V1, Arctic, Herakles and Subtank. My favorite is the Herakles. To me the Atlantis V2 is awesome if you care more about vapor production than flavor but that's not me. For every new item comes a new trail of hype. Just because something is newer doesn't necessarily mean it's better. This Subtank has been modified to perfection. Pancake wicking and kicking it old school tonight lol

Try the High Voltage tank. I have 3 of them and I wont use anything else! Awesome flavor and clouds and you can't kill the coils. I used one coil for 4 weeks and it was still working ok. So I changed it and opened it up. Boy was it black inside and the wire was coated with dried up juice but it still worked good and still had great flavor.

I've heard good things about the Freemax Starre too. Herakles is what I use most. I love it but I'm the type that is always searching for something better lol

LOVE the FreeMax Starre!

What is really strange is, I purchased a Herakles tank, and I could not stop coughing, every time I used it! I HATED it!

I'm not saying YOU are wrong to like it, plenty of people love the Herakles tank... I couldn't take a drag without having fits of coughing, and I tried both coils!

The Starre tank? Really excellent, and you can even use the Atlantis nickle coils for temp control in the Starre tank!

Atlantis coils in Herakles too. But I didn't like the Atlantis coils that's one of the reasons I traded my Atlantis 2. I !don't understand what would make you cough from the Herakles other than vapor production. That's really strange. I may be getting a Starre from a guy on facebook. I hope he goes through with the deal

I'm mostly a flavor guy but I guess I like some good vapor production too because I tend to gravitate towards the sub ohm tanks. When I use RDAs though I usually build around 1 to 1.3Ω

I also much prefer great taste, over tons of clouds, but I do like billowy clouds!

I also can't understand what it was about the Herakles tank that made me cough, but I wanted to love it, and gave it several tries... each time, I'd go into fits of coughing!

I tend to go with 0.5 ohm coils... lower then that and my batteries do dead much faster, and the vape is much warmer....

You'll LOVE the Starre, if you get one. Really great on flavor, and the Starre coils last a loooong time!

Got an Atlantis 2 last weekend. After vaping on it a few days, trying the same juice in the Sub Mini and then the Atl2, I don't notice much if any difference between the two when it comes to flavor. The draw is more airy in the Atl2 but flavor is good, IMO. I know the coils certainly last longer in the Atl2. OCCs last about 2-3 tanks for me before they're gunked too bad to use any longer. If you don't want to rebuild, I'd say the Atl2 is the better buy between the two. Wouldn't mind trying the Starre at some point.

My Freemax Starre arrived yesterday, but I waited until the RBA section arrived in the mail today. I used the Anyvape Sega Tank RBA. I got it on eBay. Talk about a tiny build deck. The pre-installed coil is 24g Kanthal @ .6 ohms with 8 wraps on a 2.0mm shaft. It barely fits between the screws.
Segatank RBA

I used the pre-installed coil and wicked it up. It is working very nice. I don't think it is better than my Dremeled out Subtank though. They are close. I would call it a toss up.

I may be BUT I'm NOT a Cereal Vaper lol. I'm a custard guy who doesn't care about fruit loops or any other cereal Vape lol

I feel the same way. I have my vanilla custard and that is all I need.
