I had ordered 4 14500 batteries and a charger from Rick at Atmosusa.biz. I received them Friday afternoon, charged them up and popped one in my nicostick. After a couple of hours it stopped working, so I changed the battery and put the one I had been using on the charger, but it wouldn't charge. I checked it with my multimeter and it had 3.5v but still wouldn't charge. I chalked it up to a dud and kept on. A little while later the battery in my wife's nicostick did the same thing, so by this time the 2nd pack was done charging. I got her one of those batts and put hers on the charger. it wouldn't charge either. So I figured there's just something wrong with the charge circuit on these batts, I'll email Rick. I forgot to email him last night, so I did so this morning(Sunday). He responded in, literally, minutes. He said it was no problem and he'd send me replacements tomorrow! That is truly awesome customer service! Rick, you are super nice and I'm more than happy to puchase from you again. Keep up the great work!
