I ordered Kanger 2.5 Ohm coil units for the protank clearomizer. They don't seem to connect on the Vamo V3 properly. The coils that came with the Protank clearomizer worked fine. Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Look at the bottom of the coil you will see a rubber grommet that separates 2 metal parts. Sometimes if you screw the tank on to the battery too tight you squish the pin and grommet into the base of the coil causing an open in the circuit
Also, are we talking about this white o-ring looking thing, or are we talking all the clearish plastic casings that I've taken off (I tried various stages of removal, none worked)?
im talking about the small rubber part to the left of the threads and the pin on the very end.. that pin can get pushed into the rubber part or all of it can get pushed into the coil housing.
I don't have any other devices, however the Vamo worked fine until I got this box of coils, which say they are for the Protank. However, the Vamo has not fired for all but one coil, and that coil now refuses to work.
The output for the Vamo is good. From what I'm looking at, when I fit the coil head into the housing that connects the protank to the Vamo, the coilhead's end is still slightly recessed into the housing. Is it supposed to be that way?
