Atomizer issues

Yesterday I received my Kgo kit from Hoosier. I charged the battery for the 8 hours, used it for 20 min and charged it for 1 hr like it said to. My liquid hasn't come in yet so I'm using the supplied atomizer/cartridges that came with it. For a couple hours everything went fine, had lots of vapor production and everything was good. Then I suddenly got nothing but a few wisps. I blew out the atomizer and cleaned all the connections, etc. Still nothing. I know the battery is charged so that's fine. I tried a new cartridge and still got nothing. I swapped to another atomizer and it works like a charm. Did I somehow kill my atomizer or is this normal? I don't think it came defective since it worked fine when I opened it. One note is that the atomizer that quit working has a small burnt spot on the side where it screws in. Not sure if it had it the whole time or not. Ok, go!

For me, atties and carts are more hassle than they're worth. Order some Boge 2.0 cartomizers.

defective atty. There should not be a burnt spot on the atty. Lucky it didn't burn out you Battery. Ask and see if the vendor will replace it.

Hoosier promptly contacted me and offered to send a new atomizer. In the time between my last post and this one the other atomizer did the exact same thing, minus the burnt spot. They both lasted the equivalent to 2-3 cigarettes and then abruptly stopped working at all. Is it common for both atomizers to be defective or have I done something wrong? I followed the instructions exactly :/

Maybe the charger is defective.
I would copy your above correspondence & forward it to the vendor, so you're both on the same page.

Does the pad in those cartridges still look 'wet'?

Yeah somewhat. I told Hoosier what was going on and they're supposed to send another atomizer. I got my juice in the mail so I'm only really using my mega dual coil cartomizers, they're amazing
