Atomizer not firing on one of my batteries

I'm currently using a Maxi Roughstack, and it works great. Except for this one strange problem I cannot figure out. One of my two batteries (The other doesn't do this) that will NOT fire my LR306, but will fire any other item I throw on it. Its not the connector because I can switch caps with my Mini Roughstack and it will fire the Atty in question. I've tested every way I can think. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

I want to think its a battery end problem, but can't figure out what's wrong because the battery still works with everything else.

Have you put the atty in question on a meter yet to see what it's reading?

Not yet (no meter), but the atty is firing on my other 3.7 devices.

Thats what I thought, looks like I just have to order some AWIMR18650s now...
