Atomizer quit working

Hi,
First time poster here and should have thought to come check here first. I bought some riva kits order#23754 and one of my atomizers quit working last week. It quit after about 3 1/2 weeks and I was browsing the site and I saw where they are guaranteed for 2 months. I tried to post on that little meebo box on the LF site but not sure if it will go through or not. It's still in the box and I clicked enter so maybe you will get it tomorrow. Still new to all of this stuff so I'm not sure what to do...shall I send it to you? I will check the site again tomorrow as well as back here. Thanks.....oh yeah, hello everybody.:smokie:

It is nice to meet you. Sorry to read you are having a problem with your atomizer. Here is the contact information you need to report a problem / defective product. Tell them your order number, name, contact info, etc and what the problem is. They will follow up with an email or phone call. You should allow 24 to 48 hrs for them to get back to you. We are in the weekend now and they might not be around until Monday. You can imagine how crazy Monday's can be, so please be prepared to be a bit patient.
