Just thought that you would want to know that the atomizer specs listed on your site are not the same as the shipped order.

Real Joye LR 306 web site spec is 1.5-1.7 ohms, measures 1.3 ohms

Joye HV web site spec 3.1-3.3 ohms, measures 3.8 ohms

I sent an on-line Customer Support message at 9:09 am and have not received an acknowledgment. Time now is 7:25 PM

OK, sorry I am late, trying to ship MAP tanks and receive new products.

The Attys are made in China, there are some variations. I can not meter every atomizer I sell, I can only trust the factory.
This time they were off. When I have checked they come in on spec.

I stand behind all my products, if you want a refund or replacement, let me know by email.

Having purchased boo-koos of attys since August 2010, for two vapers (and I hoard too) many of the attys in same shipment vary by .1 -.3 ohms, sometimes even the "best" brands. I just expect it. I really don't mind too much as I like having assortments for different uses and different juices and different PVs.

It's really hard for a vendor to have a lot of control over the specs. I'm not a vendor; just a avid vaper, who likes playing with PVs and mods. I was just looking at my atty stash box last night and discovered that I do have a couple of 801 regular attys that spec out at 3.8. They should be perfect for trying the new 5v batteries on my Reo Grand.

Just a little info...... I have a bunch of 510 and 801 attys that I purchased in Aug/Sept 2010, that are well used and going strong. Last month, as I was boiling up and then testing the attys after drying and dry burning, I found one of my oldest 510 that measured at 1.2 ohm. I never used that one much because it was so hot. Now that I'm much more experienced with everything, including how certain juices do at different ohm ranges, I'm really looking forward to trying that atty with one of my bottom feeders and just the right juice. At least it will be fun trying.

Alice, The spec RANGE is specified. Not an exact resistance but a RANGE.

I still will be buying accessories from COV. Just bought a Map tank. Just not attys.
Bruce has generously offered to replace or refund them. I thanked him for it.

I understand and I was mainly making a comment aimed more to newbies who get thrown off and confused by all the new info. And I do understand that you were mainly letting Bruce and other members know about the attys you received.

And your reply will be helpful as well to help people understand about the range.

I could have worded my reply much better. Sorry all.

Also, to those of you who have not ordered from Bruce at COV, he really does take good care of his customers and will do everything he can to make things right.

Or just use them all on a Provari, dial in the voltage to make them hit just right 8)

Yes Stownz, I am using a V.V. Copper Mod that I built and 1.3 ohms is way too low. The HV at 3.8v can be dialed up to maybe 5v and will suffice. Just that I'm set with 4.3v for most of my juices and have hand picked a 3 ohm that was perfect at 4.3v. No big deal. I'll survive... LOL
I'm not complaining, Bruce got some great stuff and is ACE's with customer satisfaction. My hats off to him.

Just a note. I buy my Attys from JoyeTech just like other suppliers. So, it was the factory who specified the ohm range and I expect it to be where they say it should be.
You can buy attys from anywhere you want to, but this kind of thing can happen to any of us.

I will back up my products and I try to give great customer service. That is what you can expect at COV.
