Atomizer Storage

Quick question actually some advise. Say you have 5 or 6 atomizers would you recommend using them in rotation all at once or would you use say 1 or 2 and leave the others sealed and open them when you had one burn out? Asking because we all know that atomizers are not perfect and one of the sealed ones may need to be warranty replaced,

Hey bg,

I don't have a 400 series PV but I do have about 45 attys (510, 901 & 801). Everytime I get new attys, I test them with a multimeter, using the ohms scale, looking for a reading anywhere between 2.7 and 3.8. This tells me they're working. After that, I put a drop of PG on them and store them in plastic ziplock bags until I need a new one.

If you wait til you need to use an atty before testing it, you won't know if it's bad or DOA and any warranty that you may have might expire.

Thanks anyway without a multimeter can I take a few drags and then store them or would that just cause them harm?

No by all means, test them anyway that you can to make sure they aren't DOA, then you can store them for future use. But if you are in this for the long haul, you might want to invest in a cheap multimeter to test your attys and batts. I vape test all my new attys.
Clean with PGA.
Store them dry.

This is pretty much what I do also, test the resistance and make sure they are good when I receive them , only difference is I don't add PG. I just leave the original primer fluid so it should be fine stored in the ziplock imo.
