Atomizer Tanks?

Aren't there atomizer tanks? What the heck are they? I thought atomizers were just used for dripping.

its a tank with the atty head sitting on top or a drip atty with more room inside to hold more then a few drops.

The device that Thrasher linked to is one of the new RBAs, or Rebuildable Atomizer Tanks. These are considered to be for highly experienced vapors that know what they are doing with a multimeter. With these tanks one must learn how to make a wick of stainless steel mesh and how to perfectly make a heating coil wire. There is a high learning curve with these.

There typically are two parts to these tanks. In the tank linked to, the tank part is on the bottom half. The top half is where the mesh wick is connected into the tank. The heating coil that you make from wire is wrapped around the wick and each end of the wire connects to a positive and negative post. There are videos demonstrating how to do all of this.

Vaporfexion had been selling the VPX Reactor™ Tank, which was a unique carto-looking/atomizer tank system manufactured by them. Cool idea in theory. When I went to the website to provide a link The Reactor Tank, it appears that it is no longer being sold but another model called the VPX FISSION™ TANK - COMING FALL 2012 shows up on the link.
