Can you use stainless wire to build attis I cannot find nichrome or kanthal where I live.

Nichrome and Kanthal are resistance wire; this means that electricity has a harder time passing through them than wires made of such metals as copper, aluminum, silver and stainless steel. This resistance to the flow of electricity is what causes the wire to heat up when an electrical current flows through it.
