I just love following all you guys and gals when talking ohms, loads, mahs, lvs, hvs and poppings adn the such! LOL. Really is nice to come to one spot instead of looking everwhere which makes you feel lost and abandoned.

I agree! This is the first place I come when I come to the forum now. Then I may venture out other places.

ECF is so big one needs a compass don't they.

As long as Isaac doesn't mind, we as a small fraternity can look after ourselves as a mini community. Don't ya think? Because IMHO, that is what a forum should be about. :D

Very well put Switched!! I feel much more comfortable here than any other place on ECF. This is home.

Actually, I think I just have a bad case of obsessive compulsive behavior. Never happy with what I have, always looking for a better way!
LOL Oh man, I bet you get yourself into trouble alot, dont'cha? :toast:

I am so like that too! Except I'm happy with what I have, but fall for all the hype and then want the latest and greatest. Hence I'm banned by hubby from buying any more stuff unless it does something totally different from anything else I already have. I'm not allowed to watch infomercials either LOL

There is a bright side, I am allowed to buy supplies from Isaac any time I want :D

Side note: This is a sign of the times, the word "infomercial" is actually in the spell check dictionary. Whoda thunk it
Awww You get a free pass to IkenVape? That's just awesome! It may sound weird, but everytime I see hubby post (Altered Light) it just gives me such a good feeling.

ps. Project Infinity is just over the horizon. ;)

Not me! Never need a compass. This link is located right at the top of the browser IkenVape - E-Cigarette Forum
I don't care too much for competition and just love to stay home.
Your dead-on Mr Switch. That is exactly what the forum is all about. We all have minds, we all are allowed our freedom of opinions and I'm really glad that all of us here does have common sense!
What they all said! This really is a nice, cozy home Mr. & Mrs. Iken have made for us all, isn't it? :)
Awww Mom!
Thank you!! I can't tell you how many times I click on that link and when i see someone has posted (checking back in or just visiting) it just really makes me shine and proud to have built this place for everyone to enjoy. From jamming out to someone's favorite music to just watching movie clips of what our friends are watching or even just to hear how things are going just really makes the world go round in such a great way.

Yup home for me also, tho I am not around much and on the road a lot. I always check in here daily to see if everything is going ok or if any one needs some advise or assistance. It's just comfortable here.
You good sir, I just don't don't know how you do it! Yes a stutter has been typed intensionally! The amount of things you do is just mind boggling. Thank you for all that you do Aspen. I'm sorry that you spend a good portion away from your family, but atleast you have two of them, right? :toast:

OMG there you go teasing again! hmmmmm I see another PV in my future :D
Haha I can't get enough of it, because its Always in my mind turning. Right now, we're in the electrical prototype stage. Once the electrical is deemed functional and safe. Then will come the enclosure. And once the measurements are precise, mass production! :D Going to blow your mind.

So tell me does "infinity" mean variable voltage? *hoping* Whatever it is, you know I'll have to get one no matter what hubby says  If you need beta testers put me on the list!

Lions and tigers and bears... oh my... can't wait to see what you've got brewing up in IkenVape global headquarters!

I just got a pair of 2ohm attys in the mail yesterday. Haven't tried the 801 yet, but the 510 is really hitting the spot for me with the LiMN in the lizard. Very similar to a std 510 at 5v. An instant sizzling plume of warm tasty vapor. Since the thing produces a satisfying hit so instantly, I'm not leaning on the button nearly as much as I do with my other attys. Its a good quick hit... just lovin it.

Thank you!

I fell in love with the LR 801 on the Chameleon, but after a week of using it the draw was getting very hard. I tried blow it out, battery end first and then just to make sure from the mouth piece end. Didn't help so tried rinsing it out. That helped but 2 days later it was hard again. I'm spoiled by the light draw of the 302s and want the 801s to be close to the same. Well my hero hubby searched the forum and found the tip to take off the black collar that is around the bottom. Opened the holes right up and WOW now it is perfect!

Thought I'd share that for anyone who might find the 801s a bit too hard to draw through.

Happy vaping!

Thnx for another great tip! I still haven't gotten 'round to trying the 801, but I certainly will remember this trick if/when the time comes for it.

OMG... the 2ohm 510 atty is sooooo right for me (this is why i haven't gotten round to the 801 yet)... works super great on a freshly charged batt... and then continues to provide plenty of satisfaction long after the batt has fallen far off its full charge. I definitely need to stock up on some more of these, shutter to think if anything should happen to this 1 that I have :)

Some people like a hard draw, I just happen to like it be easy. I would suggest using it first for a while before removing the collar, you might like it just the way it is.

Out of the 3 the 510 is 3rd for me. It is just a bit stronger than I want. I did find it is not as bad on the Lazers than on the Chameleon due to the smaller battery in the Lazers. I do know I can't use a regular atty at 3.7 volts now, they are not strong enough. Maybe after I get used to the 801 and the 901 I won't find the 510 as strong. Slowly move up to it. I'm not giving up on them. The flavor and vapor are great, it's the TH that gets me. Most people like that though.

I'm glad you are liking it so much. Isaac AND Val really did a great job with these 2.0 ohm attys!!

I'll have hubby (AlteredLight) come on and tell you how he did it. I don't think it's hard, but I never think anything is hard when he's the one doing it LOL. And for us picky about colors matching, the gold under the black collar matches the Chameleon adapter so now there isn't that weird black stripe in the middle of my setup LOL

Ok he can't post pics and we just did a quick pic tutorial. Couldn't figure out how to work the video on my camera LOL Forgive the quality I was rushing it and they are blurry, but you'll get the idea.

801a.jpg

First using a pair of end cutters, peel up and nip a notch in the lip around the bottom.

801b.jpg

Grab the notch with the edge of end cutters and pull, peel, work loose, rip if need be, but carefully down towards the mouth piece.

801c.jpg

801d.jpg

When you get enough worked away the rest should pop off

Hope this helps!!! Happy Vaping!

You're very welcome. Hubby takes very good care of me :) Or as I like to say... I'm not spoiled, I'm just well taken care of LOL I am constantly handing him something and just saying "make it work like I want it to work" then walking away. Pretty soon he brings it back working like I want it to work. At least most of the time. Some of my requests are impossible.

The reason I was asking is because the "redefined wiring's and heating elements" interest me. Most of my vaping is at 5 volts and it's time to buy some more... I don't have enough 3.7 devices to justify anymore LR atties. Thanks for the responses!!
I don't wish to go into too much detail. I hope you understand. Because of the investments made to make these atoms. :)
We use a 960ohm/M heating element.
So tell me does "infinity" mean variable voltage? *hoping* Whatever it is, you know I'll have to get one no matter what hubby says  If you need beta testers put me on the list!
Jeez Wway! Your posting Premium stuff here!! Just Gold, I tell you! We need to get this info moved!!
Aye, Variable voltage set right on to the device by the user utilizing a ight-emitting diode. ;)

Mr Madness, it wouldnt be the same without you good sir. I been trying to drag Mr. Mike by his big Mastiff tongue, but he's playing a tug o war! It's odd that use that phrase. Everytime I see you for some reason, the phrase plays in my mind in a cheerful way!

I'm so glad that you finally have them! and that your loving them even more! I hope it was a great investment! I, no We wouldn't steer you wrong my good sir! You have to try the 801!! All 2.0's are cart/drip friendly. :D
