Hello everyone!

I would like to make as many people as possible aware that we are currently experiencing some issues with our chat system. It has been disconnecting all of us, while staying active on the website.

We are working on a fix as I type this, so hopefully it will be back up and stable before too long.

Feel free to ask questions in this thread, and I will try to help.

I promise, we aren't ignoring you guys.

That explains it. I just made an order and was going to chat about it. Order # 35109
I wanted to say that I did intend to order one 6mg and one 12 mg and that I did look for the insurance option for shipping and couldn't find it so I went ahead with the free shipping because the UPS prices are a bit too high. I am assuming that you have solved the broken bottle problem by now.

Actually the whole site is running very very slow, again assuming it is the extra traffic after the email notice of the FOW?

For future reference, the insurance can be found by hovering your mouse over the "ELIQUID" link on the banner and clicking the "Accessories & Services" link that drops down below it. That is where Perkins', Insurance, Drip2Gos, and syringes can be found. But we seem to have a good grasp on the broken bottle thing, and haven't had any more issues. When in doubt, MORE BUBBLE-WRAP!

And yes, it's a heavy traffic day... Before the chat service went down, there were quite a few people looking at the site.

Hey just an idea I wouldn't have thought about, just got a bottle of juice from one of our members and he put a piece of that pipe wrap foam around it. Seems like a great inexpensive way to protect glass bottles.

Yeah. We've gotten better bubble wrap for the 60mL bottles that actually fits the bottle... So that helped considerably and we also get a bunch of boxes from USPS for free, so we stuff 'em in there and that seems to have cut back on issues a lot.
