This will hopefully be the last time we go through this nauseating experience. I will not go through the boring details but it is/was out of necessity, not will. Far too many customers were suffering because of the functioning of the old server/system. It degraded over time and became unbearable for both IKV and the customers.

In keeping with customer service/satisfaction the change was postponed for far too long. The ramifications of such a decision are manifested now.
