How DARE you of all people to come in here and slander a customer who was pointing out another who was mentioning a direct competitor in my sub-forum. You, of all people who is responsible for this torrent of heavy labor/burden on me and the longing of precious equipment to my customers. The one who is the very reason why we all have been suffering. I had my hosting provider for 3 years, can you comprehend that none of us have EVER faced anything like these problems. The lay-out was beautiful, the exterior was polished decently. The engine is PURE garbage. Opencart Software does NOT get used nor has a rep for a reason.

Yes, people do have a right to state whatever the hell they want. It's up to them to do it wisely with civility and consideration with the like mindedness of contributing to help, research, experiences, and just enjoying their lifestyle with fellow family and/or friends. You will always be known as a dark place for me and the business IKV as you are shown to others, I cannot say, but in the future of IKV, it would be best for you to just go and be on your way, back onto your trail as you will not be missed from this standpoint. Though I do wish you all the best of luck in the future and hope you reach your goals. The best advice I can give you, if you want to remain in your field of expertise, leave the abomination Opencart and move on to something much more stable like Magneto. I know you Love OC as probably learned on it, but it should be dead or not released till everything is fully stable and functioning enough to stand in the market as it's own. When it clearly isn't ready yet. Google it if you have to but you must face this cold truth.

I was doing a few small for favors for folks that are running pure fumes, because this kind of stuff is something that should be taking extremely seriously. God forbid if someone jumps on the smoking wagon again. or worse buy cheap gimmicky stuffI'm almost done you guys. I have made an update thread and will continue to add support to the best of my ability. I do have 47 notifications at the moment. So I'm really nail biting here. Thank you again for everything guys. Even if I weren't friends with Isaac, I can completely understand and appreciate his situation. He has a lot going on behind the scenes and not just involving the vaping community. He has a lot on his plate. First hand, I'll admit, that I wouldn't be able to do the balancing act that he does.It takes a big man to admit a mistake...and even bigger man to forgive another's.

Isaac, with all the stress you're going through, I think the one thing you DON'T have to worry about is losing your customer base. As an ex-IT professional, I am appalled at the lack of ethics involved with your ex-designer.
It's true, they teach us that holding databases and admin passwords will keep our jobs, and that is why I went back to school to ensue a different career path.
I was talking to another local vendor today, and we agreed that the phenomena of this market is that suppliers interact so closely with their customer base- very nice in this world of corporate greed-
I think I speak for every one of your loyal customers when I say you will never lose my business-as long as you don't discontinue a 'certain' juice!

I have ordered from Ikenvape 3 or 4 times and they are great. Shipping is fast and best atty's out there. I'm glad I found this because I was afraid they had gone out! Great to know I can hold out a while and get my favorite atty's.

Isaac is a one man show with a young family. Computer issues can be devastating to big companies, even more so on small operations.
I would much rather support the little guy with great products and customer service than a big corporation with quicker service but mediocre product. He truly cares about his customers and I'm sure this problem is killing him.

Amen man. If I were 30 years old, I'd be getting into this business. I'm glad to see nice young entreprenours getting into it. The Tobacco companies have killed millions of people over the years. The guys like Issac doing something about it deserve all our support.
