I'm sure Leaford will reply too, but in the mean time I just wanted to help out. Bloog has a toll free customer support # listed on the top right hand corner of their website, (877) MY-BLOOG. I called them a couple days ago and they were extremely helpful and super friendly. Might be worth a shot ...

hi leaford! i made an order a few days ago and did not recieve an order confirmation. i logged in to my account on the bloog website and checked my order status. says: status --- closed.
could you check and see if my order was shipped?

also, is there a tracking number?

Had the same problem. Order placed 12/31, no email conf., no tracking# and status closed. Called CS today and they told me order was shipping out later today and that I should have it soon. Also, she said that she gets calls from people quite frequently regarding the "closed" status. This is confusing and a bit maddening to buyers who are used to more detailed status updates on their orders.

Interesting....

I placed on order on Thursday of last week and got the confirmation and tracking number rather quickly.

But it's been quite a few days and the tracking information still doesn't show up in the USPS system. Nothing... Nada.

I know that USPS usually isn't very timely with updates, but I've never seen them take 4-5 days just to acknowledge receipt of the parcel.

Scottbee, it will be shipped Fedex, not usps. I have ordered quite a bit and once I get the tracking number the order comes in 3to 4 days max. Anytime there is a holiday involved, orders back up. It is a good idea to allow for that. I try to get an extra box or 2 of cartos in case that happens and stash them. Now that the holidays are behind us, I expect orders/shipping to return to normal. Most of the time, I get the order confirm & shipping/tracking notice the same day I order. Good Luck!

I got my confirmation e-mail yesterday, says USPS, but neither USPS nor FedEx has any info on it! WTF!
USPS: There is no record of this item.
FedEx: Not Found
No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service.

I've found that it usually takes USPS & FedEx anywhere from 6 to 24 hrs to get all the shipping info into their systems. After it's in the system the tracking works every time.

Yup... it's Fed-Ex.. although the confirmation EMAIL sends you to the USPS site.

Found my package..... 5 days, still in NJ. *sigh*

BOOM! And just like that it is on the delivery truck in my town. I should be in a position to put the old Ohm meter on the units tonight. Wife and time permitting!
