missing shipment

i ordered a shipment on 10/27 priority mail. it made it to my state (illinois) on 10/31 and i never recieved it. on 11/4 it showed shipped back to new jersey? ive tried calling the bloog website but it keeps saying invalid ext and going to voicemail. i also emailed them with no response. im assuming it is because its the weekend and no one is there? please help im missing my bloog menthol so bad. im completely out and its my all day vape.

You are correct about the weekend.
If you call back on Monday, punch number 2 ( I think) that is customer service extension.
Aileen should be able to help get you back on track.

I placed an order on 10/28, and for the first time in my Bloog ordering history the mailman didn't leave it at my door upon delivery (on 11/2). I was surprised to find the "we missed you" card in my mailbox, but no biggie, I just picked it up at the post office the next day. I believe they (the post office) only hold a package for pick up or redelivery for 5 days, which seems to line up with your time-frame. Could this have been the case with your order? Maybe they didn't leave the notice for you?

Not that it matters much now, I'm sure they'll get you taken care of. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
