Scott Bee..... Try the tracking number you were given on the Fed Ex website. We had recently switched our sender from USPS to Fed Ex.... however, I think that most of the emails that went out still said USPS. I apologize for any inconvenience and I hope that you will be able to track your order through the Fed Ex website, if you have not already received your package.

When I called about my order today, you told me it was coming usps. You told me I would receive my order in 3-5 days. I ordered on 1/1/11 and post office shows only a notification of mailing but no progress & fedex doesn't show anything. I am so confused!

Your order did ship successfully on the 4th via USPS First Class Mail....However, for some reason on my shipping report, you and one other person are the only two people with a N/A tracking number. I would suggest calling the USPS and giving them your name..... Other wise, I promise you, your package will be there shortly!
Also, we get alot of complaints about the status saying 'closed' after the order is completed, I have asked them about it several times. Closed just means its all set on our part. Shipped and 'closed'. LOL But I know if I saw that under my order history that I had just placed, I would wonder as well. So hopefully we will be changing that status to be more customer friendly in the near future.... I apologize for any inconvenience and want you to know that we appreciate your business!
My order arrived today usps. Nothing updated after receiving the first notification from usps that they had been notified my package was coming to them. Someone mentioned that usps was bad about updating & that must be the case. I guess we were spoiled by Fedex and a 4 day delivery. Anyway, crisis averted!
