I think it's safe to say Yes to both questions. 510 threads are the same across the industry. The Titan atties should work just fine on any 510 PV.

On chargers:
Yes, you can charge the Titan in any regular 510 charger, but Do Not charge it in an eGo/Riva type charger meant for the fat batteries.

You can charge the larger eGo/Riva batteries in any 510 charger. It will take longer with a regular charger, bit it works safely.

You can NOT put the smaller 510 batteries like the Titan on an eGo/Riva charger meant for the larger batteries.

While they will work as Credo said, you can find 510 attys and chargers for cheaper elsewhere. Totally Wicked's prices are always a bit higher to pay for their marketing costs.
