Has anyone experienced the whole inside works of the Atty needing to be pushed down inside the casing. Noticed it had started to move to the top and pushed it down. Seems to be working fine. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and just how safe the atty is to continue to use.

I've experienced this - when I did my first de-bridge experiment...ended up pulling the atty up in the tube. My assumption, based on experience, is this is not a big deal as long as the wires aren't disconnected. I just pushed it back down and kept on vaping - no prob.

I had it happen as well and it is safe to continue using. What has happened is that that glue that holds the coil assembly has let loose so the assembly moves freely in the cylinder. Eventually the wires will break or the atty will succumb to a natural death so use it while you can.
