Atty killer liquid test

Heat up pan on stove and drip your test liquid onto pan.

Atty friendly liquids like FW orange dream bar leave no residue.

Atty killers like FW coffee leaves nasty slag on pan.

Aroma of FW coffee on pan is same as vaping flavor.

Hope this test saves a few attys/cartos.

Much quicker to put aluminum foil on stove eye.
Heat.
Couple drops eliquid.
If forms slag then likely an atty/carto killer.

What a great simple tip. Even if you love a juice that's bad for your atty, at least you know what you're up against. This lets you plan for more aggressive cleaning or different voltage based on the results. Also which juices should never ever go in a carto. Thanks!

Once slag forms on wick it is darn near impossible to remove.

Dry burns release slag from coil but atty/carto will not function 100% with slag in the wick.

Aye... chocolate and coffee flavors seem to be serious atty killers (at least in my experience) which is why I don't vape them. As much as I loved a few of the coffee vapes I tried, it just wasn't worth it to me to have to deal with burnt/fried attys.

Some atty killer flavors are so good it's worth loosing a $1.80 carto for some moments of bliss

My dual coils live longer than my $6 attys w/ the unfriendly juices.

Thank you for the testing but if I like I flavor, I vape it even if it's a killer (hopefully not me). Blowing an atty or cartomizer once a week is still cheaper and healthier than smoking 4 PAD.

Agree

I'm mixing DIY w/ dozens of flavors so it's pretty nice to know the killers.

Some of the bad ones can easily kill an atty in a day.

coffee caramel chocolate and other dark flavors are what i like the best. i have a $2 ce2 that has been going strong for 2 weeks. guess it's going to cost me a dollar a week. still a lot less than smoking. i am on of those that can not do the atty thing. hope you find a solution. davido
