Atty Ohms

Ive read where a standard 510 atty should read 2.2-2.4 ohms and a 901 somewhere around 3.6 ?
I got some brand new DSE attys a few days ago and both 510 & 901 are reading 3.3 !
My used 901s range from 3.4-4.2 They are 17 days old.

Shouldnt the 510s read lower & why would they be so high brand new ?

for what i know DSE 510 atties have higher resistance than original joye.
