Hi! Recently I got a PV at the suggestion of my friend. He tells me that his Attys last him about 3 days (used to be a PAD or more smoker). I on the other hand went through mine in less than a day and I was smoking a little less than a PAD. Question is is this normal when starting out vaping or is this something I just have to figure out as I go along. I am also looking into cleaning them and getting some juices, I know that'll save me money in the long run. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've had atomizers last less than an hour and a few go for a few weeks. (Joye 510's) I've had other atomizers go much longer than the Joye's ever did.

Letting them get dry is a sure fire way to pop the coil in them. Like most things, if you are hard on an atomizer, it will not last as long. I'm very hard on atomizers.

Might want to prime the atomizer with a drop or two of juice before putting the cartridge on. Then maybe get a drip tip and toss the cartridge altogether?

I'll turn it over to the expected flood of "stop using atomizers and get XYZ cartomizers" that should be coming before I stop typing this. (Long time atomizer user that has never found a cartomizer to give me the vapor I want.)

Sure.

If you're looking for a higher quality atomizer, you might want to check out Ikenvape and Avid Vaper. Both places carry good stuff and it is the only two places I bother to purchase atomizers from nowdays. Make sure you know what you have before you do though. Few things suck more than having put down good $ on something that will not work for you.

I hear that nothing worse than buying something you can't use
