...BUT, the empty cart does not have any filler in them. You need to add your own filler if you plan to fill the cart with liquid. If you just drip and vape, then the lack of filler is not an issue.

In my experience, you get a mouthpiece only; no cartridge. This is true for 801/penstyle atomizers - both 801 and BE112 types. Other atomizers may include cartridges.

The thing that came on your atty is there just to protect it while it's in transit.
Take it off and use one of the cartridge that has the liquid cup in it.

Huh? some attys come with carts and some do not in my experience, but I haven't seen a "thing" on an atty before.

I have not received it yet. I ordered the Prodigy V2 from Pure Smoker and 5 extra attys. Its my first PV and was just wondering if it came with carts. If not I suppose I can just drip and order some.
