I'm a relative noob and have been vaping away happily on my eGo Twist and regular eGo batteries for almost a month now. I have 5 Vision v3 clearomizers that I'm happy with and have various replacement heads in different ohms and I know how to clean/replace them and do it regularly. Problem is, that I now have a large collection of juices (going a bit crazy on this stuff because it has gotten me of cigs after patches, gum, etc, finally!) and it's not always a good idea to fill/taint a clearomizer with a certain flavor. I've read through the atty forums and pretty much decided on the hh.357 model (feel free to suggest others).

My questions about atty's are:

1.)how do you keep a consistent vape flavor? I find it tastes nasty the first couple of vapes, then tastes pretty good for 3 vapes, then tastes burnt, drip more and repeat.

2.)And, even more so, how do you get rid of that nasty primer taste? Are you suppose to blow it out, burn it out, vape it, mix it with your juice?

3.)Finally, I plan on using whatever atty's I get exclusively on my VV Twist, what ohm should I go for? (I know it depends on juice to, so just middle of the road or 2 different atty's of different ohms would be fine).

I don't really get what atty's are all about, I've got some crappy one's that came with my regular eGos that I removed the wicks, debridged, etc, but they weren't much better (bought a genuine Joyetech atty too that I dewicked, it's a tiny bit of improvement). I see a lot of veterans rave about them so I want to see what it's all about, and I want to use them to just test juices before I fill my clearos. What am I doing wrong here?

Blow out the primer, that is one thing you need to do. As far as atty for the twist there are certain ones that do not work on it but 2 different ones will be fine. You will find an atty that you like whether it is 1.5 or 2.5, try and see. I have a VV and use lower atty 2.0 for throat hit and the higher gives huge vape cloud and smoother vaper for me. I have certain attys I found work great with certain flavors. I use three different attys that I rotate through depending on what I am in the mood for. This is what makes vaping awesome, trying new things!

Yo, cdunn buffalo!
I love the HH.357, and avidvaper has instructions and videos by Hanna himself on how to properly use his attys. I can recommend them, but the only way to find what you like is to try a bunch, sorry to say.

Ok, fair enough. Trying new things in vaping is half the fun anyway! Thanks a lot for the responses guys.
