atty tastes bad....

Can an atty just taste nasty? It didnt used to, but now even after cleanin (water)it just tastes funky. It still works (gets hot) but tastes bad..... Anybody ever had this happen?

You may have burnt the wick. Do you drip or use cartridges? If you drip, de-wick that atty, clean it again and do a few dry burns, and give it another try.

Used cartridges for a minute... much more driping more recently... this would be the problem.... got a how to video?..... thanks for the info.

Yea I found one...thanks.... odd though, my stock Riva attys dont come with wicks....I dewicked one of my older 510 attys real easy, but cant for the life of me find a wick in any of the three that came with my riva
