I love EastMalls attys and always order 1 or 2 five packs whenever I order something. My last order of 5, 3 were bad. They had a flavor an acidic flavor and burned out very fast. Since the first one lasted like normal this was outside of the 30 day warranty when I found out about the bad ones. I mentioned it in their contact us even thoudh it was past their warranty period. I suppose I was just lucky in my timing. But while I was online ordering something else, my account was credited for 3 attys . Which I then added to my order. Any company can sell a product. A company which reacts properly when something goes wrong is the one that earns my loyality. Thanks East Mall.
