My EM510LR died a peaceful death after two months and a week of use

Its TH was reduced, its flavor also... It just closed its mouthpiece and ended...

There, vanished all the $3 I invested on it... :D:D:D:D

And I only have 39 more of them... I need to buy some more soon...

ok, after the funeral and the flowers and the cry, I opened an EM901LR which goes like train. Show must go on :party::party:

I hear horror stories about atties popping after more than a couple seconds dry burn during cleaning and stuff, but I've had these Eastmall LR atties glowing for a minute at a time just to see IF they'd pop, and they're still all running perfectly after a month or so of abusing the hell out of them.

These things are like tanks.

What would a Vaper be doing, sticking a needle into an atty? I think the red-headed Miss Scarlett would back me up on this. I think you are covering up an obvious suicide.

I agree wholeheartedly with both of you guys here ------

What would a Vaper be doing, sticking a needle into an atty?

someone please explain this to me ---- 8-o

I am sorry to have to report -----

we have had some RiVa Batteries returned as doa, and under warranty returns for failures-

upon examination it has been discovered
that these batteries have indeed been --
Murdered ---
by needle or paperclip or some such
being inserted into the atty and the button was depressed,
thereby causing the battery to short out --

and these are being returned as requested
when the people ask for warranty replacements.

Just for your information, -
altho I am very sure that you know this-----

this practice is absolutely not warranted --

and this will and does show up
when we test the returned battery in the factory.

Because of this practice -----
I have recommended that batteries should be returned
and tested before issuing replacements --

OK, I think i got a bad batch or something! Have tried 5 of them now and only 1 is still working, going on 24 hours. this is not good! Also I order 15 of them twice back to back by mistake and thought what the hell, i'll use them, but I only got the first order and not the second. the paypal went though both times, but eastmall never email the confirmation on the second order. so I paid 120.00 for 15 and so far only 1 has worked out of the 5 I tried.:evil::evil:
:confused::confused::confused:

OMG --- yes -- this is not good at all -----

pack them all up into a pretty little box

make sure to write a little note with the issue on it -

include your real name and order number--

if you can - put your shipping address note inside there also-

THEN WAIT ------

and then contact Customer Service ------
and ask for further instructions ------

eastmallcs@gmail.com

your order number in the subject line

your real name and your forum name

and your tracking number (if you have one)

and a simple and brief explanation of your issue.
