Oh ha, I'm usually the last to know these things. So thxIt's not here yet, @muth. We're all still waiting.
Somewhere in my shed I have a number of gunsmithing tools... Im thinking that my 45 Line per Inch checkering files might work pretty darn well. The trick would be to keep everything even since its on such a small cylinder. It occurs to me a person with a triangular file could fix that easily enough...

You know what I find works for me to not unscrew the tank part is to only tighten the top cap until it barely touches! When you have orings tighter is not always better! Doing it that way has worked really well for me, no leaks, & no top cap loosening! JMHO!I'll send mine to you for customization Suprtrkr! I think even 2-3 simple indentations/groves would be perfect. But only if the tank section can be held in place.
I started filling from the bottom when I change wicks. Works perfect. But that only happens every 3 tanks. So for the other two fills, gotta take the top cap off.

I dunno about checkering files, albeit that would make a beautifully fine knurl. You think they're hard enough for 304 or 316, whatever it's made from?Somewhere in my shed I have a number of gunsmithing tools... What's taking so long? [emoji1]I just received the Boreas in my vape mail. It sure is a nice looking tank. Can't wait to try it.
Gaaaaak! Disaster!Dang! I was just getting ready to build it and my son texted me he's on his way over. Now I might not get to it at all tonight.![]()
It's usually my wife that interferes with my playing. I have such little time for myself to do this stuff. I need a full day to tear down, clean and rebuild a multitude of mods, rdas, tanks and such, not to mention I seriously need to make a buttload of juice! I can't believe how much juice I'm going through.Dang! I was just getting ready to build it and my son texted me he's on his way over. Now I might not get to it at all tonight.![]()
