"Authentic" TFV8 RBA deck not making contact.

For the second time now, the TFV8 rba deck I've purchased from ebay (don't judge) will not work. It will not go down in the base far enough to make contact with the pin. I always make sure to buy authentic. But this has happened twice now. Has anybody else had this issue or is it just me?

Edit: Looked a little deeper. It's a fake. But you have to look at it super closely to tell.

But there's a silver lining. I was only buying a new one because the one that came with the Beast stopped working after a short fall (oops). Took them both apart, swapped a couple small parts and whatyaknow? Mine works now, lol. Sending the fake back with a defective part.

Contact paypal if need be, ....ing hate fakes/clones, really pisses me off.... for the fact that people sell them on as legit

Those damn clones... they've gotten about perfect in a lot of regards but still lack in some areas... I have a 25mm vcmt tank and broke the glass so I decided to buy an "authentic" on ebay because it came with a spare glass so I'd end up with two working VCMTs. The one I got off of ebay I built that thing every which way under the sun and it always leaked and I'd built my known authentic enough times I could do it blind and it never leaked. Finally broke out my micometer and determined the ebay one was off just enough that it didn't seal well. Other than being off a fuzz, you'd have never known it was a clone

I bought 2- RBA's for my Cleito. Tried to build on it and it broke. I threw them both in the garbage and never used them at all. My authentic has been going strong and rewicked it about 30 some odd times now. Got to be careful what we buy as some things are just not up to standards. CHEERS!
