Hi All,
I have been a vapor for three years and four months, all of them with V4L. Dont get me wrong, Im not a Fan Boy. Ive tried a few other juices from friends and family but nothing meets the V4L juice or carts. I primarily use coffee or cappuccino, occasionally grape, all in 36mg strength.
At first I thought that the dial-a-volt was not for me, Im not a mod guy and I loved my trusty Titians. I got my 900mah Auto Dial-A-Volt in Saturdays mail and after ripping everything open I thought whoa! This thing is really fat. Surprisingly it fit well in my hand and felt good. I popped on a fresh WOW cart and couldnt wait to give it a try. I could go through all the numbers but Im sure youve read all of that here before. I found my sweet spot quickly at about 4.0, just before the 4.2 mark. The taste was the best Ive had and vapor was unbelievable. I did try the highest setting and the vapor almost clouded the room but I couldnt handle the throat hit. If thats what you like, this is for you. The only other thing I could say is that this is the best ,so far, that V4L has produced. If youre looking for the best vape youve had, then give this a try, its well worth it.
If there is a negative its the charging time. If you run it down it takes forever to charge. With a full charge this thing lasted me a full 11 hours on the first day of use. But Ill tell you when its done, its done. No warning, bang no vapor nothing. I put it on the charger and after another 11 hours I still had a blinking red light. I thought this isnt right so I tried the other two chargers I have, still red lights. I immediately went to the trusty V4L forum to find an answer. Well, someone posted that if your batt. doesnt seem to charge you should unplug the charger and turn it around the opposite way. Well, that sounds crazy. What difference could that make? I turned the charger around, screwed in the Dial-A-Volt and boom got a green light. I then put in another charger and got a red light. What? This is nuts. I turned the other two chargers around and got a green light on all. I cant understand it and if anybody can explain it I would appreciate it.
Ive read some stuff about the new Zeus and cant wait to try it. The fact of being able to use it as a pass thru while its charging really intrigues me. I mostly use a pass thru at home and I could just take to the car and at the same time have a fully charged battery when I need it. There have been a lot better reviews but this is my experience with the Auto Dial-A-volt and I hope it helps you.
