Adrena is correct... you would look to see what the resistance was so you don't exceed the ohms that your PV allows... Most eGo's can go as low as 1.8 Ω but the bigger capacity batteries can go down to 1.5 Ω safely
While I'm at it... If using a multimeter you first test the leads by themselves to see what resistance they have... then test the coil and subtract the resistance of the leads from the value you get on the coil to see what the coil itself has.
