We've tackled all but 2 help desk tickets until this point. So here I'll tread carefully, if your ticket asked a question answered by the front page of the website we probably sent you out an automatic message to that effect. If your issue wasn't to that effect please resubmit your ticket and we'll get on it asap.
If it is some singular issue or request I apologize for the elimination of your ticket. We're training up wookies on handling help desk tickets and this should be resolved.
