I currently have over 50 help desk tickets all related to the same thing. We are closed. We reopen at 8am PST.
I will not be answering these help desk tickets in the future. It takes time to answer each ticket (even with the same response), time we could be using to fill orders or fill more orders with. We have an order capacity. I've never before stated what our order capacity is , however it seems necessary here. We fill around 300 orders a day. Now please empathize with how busy we are when we open and close within 30 minutes. It's easy math to see why time is our precious commodity.
