Ive had my K.D.S. Manual for approx 5 months,moderate use,last night the button wouldnt do anything when pushed,and when i stuck it in the charger,it flash the normal 3 times and then 3 additional times which isnt normal,im assuming its time to replace it?

N8v8p (sir or Ms.?) all depends on how many recharges, what charger you're using, etc. Does the batt still work? Could just be the battery wasn't screwed in far enough on the charger and there was poor contact causing the extra flashes.
n8v8p I would try adjusting the post on the battery and cleaning the threads. Sometimes, over time, the battery's post will get moved or the threads will get too dirty that it interferes with the connection with the charger. Like Morandir suggests, if it is still working, try cleaning it and seeing if that helps.
Thanks for the replies everyone,it was in the charger right,and i tried it in other chargers(all original v4l chargers,not the slim line) and i keep on top of cleaning them,i also tried to adjust the post,but no luck,these batteries have seen quite a few recharges in the time ive had them,so i assume its time had expired,my other 2, 1 V4l titan and another V4l K.D.M Stealth,are still going good though.
