I am at a loss how people are killing their 357s ???

Actually I've only killed 3 atomizers in almost 2 years ??? They just stiffen eventually up and start tasting rank even after a cleaning.

Somebody is doing something wrong.

Or I'm doing something very very right ..... and that would be odd.

 I know Tim...I'm in the same boat. I use my atties improperly all the time and yet, I've only killed 2 in the last year. I don't know if its luck or what. Wayne is the same way too. I don't get it. I would be furious if I only got weeks (or less) out of an atty. I sure wish I could pinpoint what we're doing different ...and I don't even know if we are. Know what I mean?

Well it can only be 3 things...
1) the REO (laughable)
2) the 357 (obviously not by most of your experiences)
3) Me. Which is very likely but I ALWAYS have used attys (so Im certainly no stranger to them) and regular Cisco's attys (plus others) have lasted me 2-3 times longer than the HH.357. So I don't understand it. I said it before I found an atty I love but it bugs me why I haven't had the success the HH has had with most of you so I ordered another and give it one last try.

I'd be so frustrated if I paid this much ($21.95) for an atty that only lasted a couple of weeks. Mine (HH 357s) have lasted me months and months. The only one I've lost lasted over 3 months. I can also get months out of an LR 510 Joye atty, too...and I like them almost as much as the 357s. Good luck with your next one, unsure.

Ok quick question.I just got my HH357 and I blew out the primer and added the drops as instructed but I hear no crackle like my i06 atty.Is that normal?

You do mean when it is on and you fire right? You might not hear it too much. As long as it is giving you vapor it should be just fine.

Well so far so good with my first HH357 atty.I seem to be getting alot of juice in my mouth when I draw.Am I drawing to hard on a new atty or is it just flooded. Also I don't hear the gurgle when I squonk lightly but I have to squeeze the bottle very hard and draw till i'm blue in the face just to hear the gurgle.Am I also doing this wrong?

I ran into flooding and spitting problems with the short ones as well. They flood very easily and tend to spit if there is any visible juice covering the coil. The longer ones do t have the same issue so I just use a universal from cherry vapes on the short atty to give the extra length. I have 2 attys at 2 months old and going strong

I dont' even wait for a gurgle- On some very light drawing atty's the gurgle is too much...I just wait until I feel a pressure difference in my mouth. Someone asked me the other day how often I blind sqounk- I at first said I don't have to- my Reo self-feeds but then I figured out that it's become so second nature to me that I do it without even thinking about it- maybe every 6 or 7 pulls...sometimes more. I also find that cold weather has an impact...more squonking if cold out and in a room-temperature house, less... I just somehow intuitively know now when my Reo needs a squonk!!

Yep the blind squonk is the only way to go with the 357 IMHO.

It only takes a tiny pressure change an I let up .... It doesn't seem like it would get juice to the atty but it does.
At first I was flooding them bad until I figured that out.

I basically squonk them just like I would a carto.

People say they are juice hogs and you need to keep them really wet.
I find the opposite to be true. I can get 7-8 hits of a tiny squonk (much more than other attys)
And I don't think you can keep a HH really wet, they just don't work that way for me.

And the best part is if you hit one hard and its too dry they come right back after you juice it.
Regular Cisco attys will taste like ... after you dry hit one in my experience !!
