If you're looking for an RDA then Id recommend going for a true RDA first to see if you like them. Ive got an Avocado24 and I love it but they must be kept upright at all times(in my experience) or they will leak.
If you prefer the comfort of having a tank then the Griffin RTA would likely be a good choice. Im a dripper and I have many RDAs but no RTAs and I dont use drop in coil tanks either.
Easiest builds are on the velocity style decks(which both the Avocado and Griffin have). Wicking can be tricky on any RTA from what Ive heard but not a deal breaker. Personally I find RDAs to be the easiest to build on overall.
