So i was reading the online news paper The Winnipeg Sun and after my eyes caught the title (same as the thread's title) you can imagine where my mind went.

Getting ready for a good laugh (there is maybe 1/2 of one ??) i went down to the comment section thinking there had to be a few good zingers in there....the lone comment got me off guard though.

Sums up rather nicely what i have been trying to say about HC and e-cigs, and shows that the PV world is not the only one to feel it.....

Oh no, vapin brother....there are many things going on right now from herbs to medical treatments...HC is making mistakes and angering many people for various reasons. I think they may have done something right about the lightning rod though...one must protect their unit, so I hear. LOL

This one line in the article caught my attention "after testing by Health Canada" KEY WORD: BY!!! They did the testing!

I don't really understand the name myself. Are they using "lightning" in the context of "quick as lightning" or do they think that associating a massive bolt of electricity with someone's junk is really going to be something men are going to think about and say, "Yeah, I think I might enjoy the feeling of having my nob fried by the sharp crack of a million volts"? Either way I don't think they thought their cunning plan all the way through, even ignoring the presence of hidden and potentially dangerous drug.

 you mean rising to the occasion is not supposed to be that way?
