AVS Question

Is it normal to have to take "primer" drags every couple or few drags? Is it because the liquid is too viscous (70pg/30vg)? Or because I'm running at 7.4v?

My setup is 901HR/HV atty with the control ring almost completely closed (backed off maybe 1/8-1/4 turn from full closed)...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Probably the voltage you're vaping at. If the resistance of the atomizer is 4.5 ohms the AVS is having a hard time keeping up with demand.

I'm getting about 5 ohms on the atties...which is consistent with what VK is selling them as...

what kind of connector you have inside AVS ken? 510 or 901?

it is 901...Michelle sent me the 901 connector to replace the 510 connector for the AVS...the o-ring is in place around the bottom of the atty...

That happens exactly after the refilling of the AVS or when liquid goes low?

I've been running for about 5 hours since the initial fill...I double checked about an hour ago and still had alot (almost full)...so I guess the answer to your question would be no, it's constant...

Nope but may allow more flow up into the atty. If you struggle with 901's I'd suggest 808 Cartos, original type with the filling. This is what I use and it's pretty hassle free for 6.4V vaping and even 7.4V vaping on a few day old carto.
