AW Black 17670 bat and charger

Can anyone tell me the cheapest place to purchase AW Black 17670 protected batteries and a charger for them. Is there a specific charger for this battery?

I did check out lighthound. I found the batteries but not the charger. I guess my confusion is about the charger. Is there a specific AW charger? I've seen multi-purpose chargers that are supposed to be good, but I have this fear of batteries exploding when charging or setting the house on fire. I'm a real novice about batteries and so I guess I want a neat package of a specific battery and a specific charger for that battery, if that makes sense.

Any 3.7V charger will work as long as it will will fit. The Pila IBC is excellent, but expensive. The ultrafire WF188 is decent for a cheap charger. Will also charge 3V batteries.

Puresmoker.com carries these at the same price and is very close to you (Nashville).
