Hello all,

Thought I'd pop in and say hello! I've been interested in switching my smoking habit to electroinic fora little while and last week made the plunge. I have two orders, once overseas and one from the us. Given my location I thought I'd hope a least one gets through.

I have a 510 and an ego-t coming about a week apart. 510 should arrive early this week. Lots of excellent information in these forums!!

I sort of have it as my last smoking weekend currently an I'm really looking forward to my mail arriving!

Ah yes, mailman stalking is one of the side effects of switching to vaping, lol. And yep youre right...lots of great info and caring folks here, so don't hesitate to ask questions or ask for help...

Thanks! It's the nic eliquid that has me a little concerned. We shall see! I figure the odds are that one out of the two will likely get thru and best case both!! Canada and their stupid regulations!

Did you order plenty of juice? The most common purchases issue in the beginning is running out of juice before new juice orders arrive. So while you are waiting you might want to visit some popular juice sites and order a bit.

great advice. I did order a decent amount, and more on the way. Plus I think my bigger issue was having it too strong. I'll order some low strength to dilute some.

Hey there Sam, glad to hear your making the switch I think you'll really enjoy it. Unfortunately waiting for new vaping packages to arrive is the worst!! I just went through that, ugh. From my experience (which isn't tons) strength depends greatly on the type of analogs you smoke, what do you currently smoke?

I had to do the mailman stalking thing earlier this week...LOL. Now I'm going to have to do it again early next week waiting for my juice order to come through.

Congrats on taking the vaping plunge. I'm a total noob (started vaping on Tuesday I believe) and I have sort of eased myself through the transition thus far...but I'm sitting here chain vaping my 510-T tonight. Love it. And I haven't even gotten into different flavors yet, still using the menthol tanks that came with my PV.

So welcome and again, congrats! This community is full of useful and helpful information and the members have definitely helped me get up to speed with the vaping thing.

Hey! Today is my first full day of zero real smokes. The morning so far is going great. Usually in past quit attempts I'd be crawling the walls by now....as I enjoy the morning time!! Today I'm on here puttering around the forums, happy to not have to head out to a store! Very nice feeling.

As to the question of what I smoke...or wait....smoked (sure it was yesterday, but past tense feels pretty good!) I was a dumaurier ultralight. compared to some brands they aren't that light. The one bonus is the average pack of 25 has gone up to 10-11.50 bucks depending on where you get them. So huge savings on my end to come, even at one pack a day!!!

Hey! My second pv arrived today so needless to say I raced up to the post office. I'd have to say the ego-t is definitely an upgrade from the 510 At the same time, besides the annoying refilling of the 510 I have no complaints with it. And so far it has kept me off real cigarettes for three days! yay!! But, that being said, filling up a tank is just fantastic!!! I also enjoy that the tank fits tightly in the atomizer....less worry about it falling out in my pocket. So all in all I'm a very happy camper puffing on some coconut at the moment!!
