A few weeks ago, I ordered several items from E-Smokeytreats. I received a prompt email conformation with a tracking number. I was heading for a trip to Colorado, so I was anxious to get my order. I began tracking my order and a few days later this is what my USPS tracking info showed. Arrived at post office---- dead mail---- sent to recovery center. Oh crap!! I sent an email to E-Smokeytreats and asked if they could check on my order. I had to leave for my trip, so no new goodies for my trip.
A couple days later I received a reply from Eric in customer support stating that they got my package back and it was completely empty. (and something about the postal service) haha. Then he very graciously told me that they would get a new shipment out to me as soon as possible. When I returned back home from my trip, I had a postal package from them and it was all in tact.
I mean, you just cant get better customer service than that. I have always gotten good service from them, but this is just awesome. What a great experience!! THANK YOU- Eric, Phil and E-smokeytreats. That definitely makes me want to continue to do business with your company. TOP NOTCH!!
