Ya know many places claim to have great customer service, but you never really know until there is a problem. Rob has awesome customer service.

After I got the reomizer 2 not understanding the difference in them at the time (before I posted in the forum asking) I had tried to make it work, in this process I caused it to start leaking in a way that required me to repair it.

Because of things in my life and having other mods I could use I couldn't justify spending money I didn't have yet to order the kit. Last week I finally managed to get one ordered, it arrived today. Well, I screwed up again and ordered the wrong kit.

I called Rob, who explained to me it was the wrong kit, and instead of having the attitude of well your tough luck (which he had every right to do), his response was "send me an email and I will get the center pen out to you".

That is going well beyond what he needed to do. Thank you Rob.

Rob will always have his name for #1 customer service. Hopefully I never have problems with my Reo. May have problems affording new ones, but hope to not have problems with mine. I know if I ever called or emailed Rob about it, everything would be sorted out quickly without question. You don't see people caring about their products as much as Rob does. I've called companies only to be hung up one, never heard one bad story of Rob and don't expect to ever hear one.

Nancy, so glad you got your reo!! Jup Rob is the best with customer service. He's always in the threads checking to see if anyone is having an issue he can help them fix for themselves or if it need to be sent in. Anytime you have a problem, he's an email, pm, or phone call away. Call the number and I'm told he answers it himself. He won't let anything leave from his shop that he's not proud to put his name on.

He did answer the phone himself. Tell ya what, when/if I can ever afford to, I will buy a 2nd Reo, tho it will be a LP lol

very glad you're liking it!!! did you put up pics......cuz yanno that's a requirement around here.

I was sure he had. I keep threatening to call sometime just to talk to him even if I don't need nuttin........everyone says he loves to talk to reonauts.

I have taken one sucky pic so far, my sister finally got around to sending me my old camera, sighs, but while it works it is older and my old desk top no longer works so have to wait til I can get a card reader to use on my lappy to be able to use the camera.

Tell ya what Debadoo, it really does seem like if it isn't one thing it's another. The only thing that gets me through is the fact that while all this bad stuff keeps happening, I have some amazing people in my life and have had a few blessings mixed in.

Rob IS what makes the reo special. He designed (and improved) it. He backs it. He even has time to mingle in here.

The level of commitment is outstanding. Truly.

Beyond that, Rob's values are ones that we are should all aspire to. The world would do well to have more Robs in it than, say, BP executives or Kim Kardashians.

((((((((Nancy)))))))) I know y'all have had many rough times over the last few years, and still going through them. Hope you'll pop into the lounge and update us on your hubby. At least things are better than they were in some areas, hang in there girl. Focus on the blessings as much as you can!

Yep, I stay in Reoville because of the built-to-last mods and the Mod Maker himself. I've emailed Rob a few times and am always blown away with his rapid response. What a combination!

Glad you got your Reo sorted and for sharing this. As humans it's so easy to focus on what's wrong, rather than taking the time to share something cool. Good on you!

Yes, seems it is for lp not the standard cup like is on mine. While it can be changed, not knowing at the time I tried to make it work.
