Awesome Customer Support - Alice in Vapeland

Placed two separate orders with Alice in Vapeland yesterday. Both transactions went through, but I only received one order confirmation. Called them today to ask about it and had the most delightful experience with Nicole from Alice. She quickly let me know they had indeed received my order and all was well. What impressed me, however, was that she was willing to take a few moments from her day and discuss Vapeland's juices with me. I am sure they were very busy dealing with many new orders but I didn't feel rushed. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Alice in Vapeland and thank you Nicole, you rock!

This makes my third order from Alice in Vapeland. There will be many more as today they made me a customer for life.

The packaging alone really impressed me. Who else sends a thank you note with your name on it? I can't help but order a giant bottle every Tuesday.
