I placed an order on Vet's day for my son. I used the coupon that was offered for vets. Thanks to the size of my order that netted me $40 in savings. Then of course there were "Extras" in the package as well. I got to try out the new Shortie battery!!! WooHoo!!!! This battery is adorable! Lucky for me, my son wants the full size batteries so I get to keep this one for myself. I am totally in love with it and am now going to have to order some more. This order was large and mostly for cartomizers and some refill juice. After ordering 2 boxes of a few of the flavors I thought he was sure to love he asks me to swap out the doubled boxes for some of my other flavors. He!He! He is just as addicted as I am. He wants to try every single flavor there is. Thanks to Mark, Steve, and some very generous members here at V4L my Navy Brat has a very nice start on his new habit. You guys are all fantastic!!!!!!!

I got my large order today. It included a kit for my daughter & lots of cartos & juice for both of us. I'm going to let her have all the freebies except the green shorty. That's a keeper.

I saved so much with the vets discount I felt a little guilty.

You really are the greatest Steve! And Mark too!!! Don't wanna leave anyone out. This was a big order that I had intended to be all his. He asked me after the fact for more variety. So I just sent him boxes of cartos that I had more than one of and kept his doubled up boxes. I swear you listened in to our last phone call. He was just asking me about what kind of car charger to get and I had told him to be careful to get one rated ta 1amp or his passthru wouldn't work. Hmmmmmm, looks like I got a "Bonus" car charger in this package too! Both my son and I say a big HUGE thank you to all of you!!!!!By the way......thumbs up on the auto passthru! I must say though that at least on the auto passthru it needs an led so you know it is shut off. He and I are both still undecided on the whole auto/manual thing. Auto is nice. Don't have to fiddle with a button. Manual is nice too. More control. Less chance of it sticking on too. We both decided that the auto batteries are best for the car. But we both like the manuals for the rest of the time. Guess we will need plenty of both. Hmmmmm, I can already see my next order getting really big. I will have to wait a little while for the next one though. The hubby got hurt at work and workman's comp is slow. So gotta wait for a real paycheck for the next order. On the bright side, hubby was just released back to work after two weeks and this gives me plenty of time to fill a really big cart!

My first order was October 4th and my customer ID is 2994.

With the growth we've seen lately, I'll bet its a lot higher now!

Steve and gang are the absolute best. They really care about people, not just as customers. They want to help everyone get off the cigarettes. I think that's the key to their success, really. Because they really care about us, their customer service is the best I've seen anywhere, online or in brick and mortar stores. They could teach a few businesses a thing or two IMHO.
