I ordered during that big Customer Appreciation sale (my order was off by ONE number when they revealed the ones who got their orders free, darn it!). I ordered 3 batteries (for backups!), some more 5 packs of a couple different flavors, and another 25pack of the empty cartos.

Anyway, my silver 78mm battery was acting really strange, it was as if the sensor wasn't working right. It would only "work" on 1 out of every 10 pulls and even then it was pretty weak. I sent a message through the website about my order but hadn't heard anything back, so I sent an e-mail to m@bloogplanet.com today.

Like instantly, I got a message that they would send me a replacement and not to worry about sending my defective one back! Sure enough, a few minutes later, I got a shipment confirmation email from Bloog.

I've dealt with other suppliers before and some have been "okay" and others just awful. I just was NOT expecting to get a fast response and just automatically sent a replacement.

Bill I contacted you the next business day you placed your order, left a voicemail explaining you ordered something out of stock and we will help you.

I followed what you said in the voicemail and didn't get a response back from cs, 3 days later I got an email saying it was out of stock. I just gave up.

Let me re-phrase - when I got your voicemail which you stated it was out of stock (not sure why the website isn't in synch with supplies, but anyway) you stated to email cs with an alternate order or I could get a refund. I immediately emailed cs and put in a replacement order and eagerly awaited for it to show up. Also, I did expect to get some sort of notification like a confirmation to my email (which never happened).

3 days after my email (and your voicemail) I finally got an email . . . as if no one ever read my replacement order. Here is the email...

"We do not have any of the RY4 11 mg cartomizers in stock. We apologize if they were still available when you placed the order. We have 0mg or 36 mg available. Would you prefer that or a different flavor in 11mg or simply a refund, till the 11mg RY4 comes in."

Now this email came to me 8 days after I placed the order as if no one from customer service contacted me. This person sure didn't know.

Can't you see why I'm a bit frustrated? All I get back is "we tried to contact you" or "left you a voicemail" - then nothing. In response to what I got, I have been emailing and phoning CS like crazy. I place at least 7 or 8 phone calls at different time on various days all of which got no answer by a human and went to voicemail; and messages were left.

Anyway, I asked for a refund in that last email so hopefully that will go through. I haven't decided if I will place another order with Bloog or not as you can see how wonderful I have been treated as a new customer.

VA: Not sure if this is your 'get started' in vaping or not...but regardless, there just isn't another PV that tastes and vapes like the Bloogs. Whether its your starter and you want it to work, or if you've vaped other pv's and are looking for another setup, the bottom line is you want the best flavor, vapor, convenience, and reliability and thats BMF hands down (as may be illustrated a bit by stock and CS demand) (and was your 3 day lag possibly over a weekend?)

I would truly recommend you give it a go despite the start... Bloog products and CSvc are in high demand, but they truly do care about their customers (I too had an order issue recently and received 2 emails from CS and a personal phone call from the culprit to apologize) and the BMF system is simply superior (and I have tried many, many!)
