Guys and Girls,

I have been havig the worst luck with Ego T attys.

I just had three BRAND NEW ATTYS die on me within the first hour.

Dead.....completely dead. Unfixable.

Its not all so bad because I salvaged parts and hacked older attys to give them the new wick.

Anyone else had this problem?

Is there a better qualilty e cig to change to or is it just really really bad luck?

I think it's just bad luck. I've read only 1 or two people have that problem. What type of juices are you using in them? They don't deal with dark colored, thick, VG juices well.

Anyways, the ego battery is one of the most versatile out there. You can also get different atties and cartos that you can try out. Also there's the ego dual coil cartos that just came out too.

It is not bad luck, it is a shot in the dark.
Mine fail several times a day... Here is how I get them to work:
Blow off the juice from the battery side.
Push the wick in with a paper clip - just a tiny bit. You can also push a paper clip through the tiny whole on the battery side - there you can put a bit more force - but not too much.
When you connect it on the battery, if it is working, you should hear a noise. This gets mine working every time. I guess it makes contact with the wire and the wire mesh.
But yes, they are highly problematic.
I have been reading that the ones from Cignot.com are very durable and reliable - I ordered a couple, we will see. I also I ordered a set of 5 loooong lasting cartos as I want a back up plan if it all fails. I am sick and tired of being miss-paper-clips!

Cignot is where I got mine and the only place where I'll ever get another if one of mine actually dies on me
