Just tried this with a debridged atomizer. The foil around it looks cleaner. I haven't gotten to test it out just yet, I'm letting it dry out while the
batteries charge.
I just cut a nice hole in the top of 24 fl oz bottle of Dr Pepper. Made sure it fit the atty nicely. "Screwed" it in with the threaded end, with the tailpipe sticking into the bottle. Filled the bottle with hot water, screwed the lid on, turned it upside down, and squeezed. The fit isnt perfect, there was definitely some water getting out between the atty and the side of the hole. But other than that, it went just fine.
I did this once, then dry burned the atty in place to get the black gunk off the coil. Then I did another pressure clean with this method and now I'm letting it dry out.
I'll post again when I'm ready to vape.
EDIT:
Still waiting for it to dry, notice I can't smell the Tasty Vapor Kretek in my atty at all anymore. Really surprised, this is the kind of
juice that you're told you should dedicate an atomizer to. Its some pretty thick stuff.
EDIT 2:
Priming it with a few drops right now, just gonna puff through them until the flavor starts to return. Here goes! This is Tasty Vapor's Kretek, 24 mg, 10% VG by the way. If it matters.
Oh wow, its taking me more than a few drops to prime this thing. I can already tell this really cleaned it nicely. The first few drops, there was no flavor what-so-ever. Priming some more..
Flavors starting to come back again. Its definitely like a new atomizer.
I almost had to flood the atty to get the flavor going again, but wow. Tastes fantastic! Vapor production is up. The drag isn't as difficult as it usually is. Awesome!
tl;dr - This worked great for me on a bridgeless 510 atomizer. Heavily used, rarely cleaned. Increased vapor, easier drag, more taste.
